That is a tricky one there mister. If you are there at the scene of the crime and did not call the police then get arrested then that is different. If you are there and are afraid that too could come into play. You can end up being scared to help since you do not know if the crook is armed.

As far as physical fights I had some with my brother when we were younger and I would lose. In school, I almost got into a complete physical fight with someone after they were threatening to beat me up which I had pushed him. He was shocked with what I did to him and backed off.
