There's always going to be questionable killings when it comes to the Police, however you cannot put yourself in a situation where you leave doubt in a Officer's mind. Because they're going to shoot first for their own protection.

Obviously this man's sense of decency is non existent. But I do agree that it's the parents responsibility to keep the children out of harms way since this man thinks he's doing no wrong.

I think the laws have too many charges such as murder 1&2, Manslaughter 1&2 ect. Anything that is not self defense or accidental, should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Therefore I believe the laws are unjust because there are too many to aid the criminals with lesser charges.

I would let my family and friends know ahead of time that I would enforce the law even if it's on them. When a Law Enforcement Officer is doing their job they please no one. This to me shows the officer will always do the right things in any or all situations.

It looks like he maybe guilty of the crime even though he had prior relations with the woman. And given that he had been drinking, doesn't help his case any. Rape is such a serious allegation and should be treated as such.

It's sad how people can keep killing and somehow can't be seen for the monster they really are. If this woman is guilty of these killings, she has no business living another minute.

That's the whole problem. They don't want to say no. They would rather tempt fate and get arrested rather than do the right thing and show responsibility.

I agree that this is the State's business as to how they want to administer the death penalty in the future. Personally I think that violent criminals who killed by the gun, should be executed by the gun.

I would think that if your going to be suspected of a crime, the one thing you don't want to do is bring attention to yourself. Part of the Police's nature is to be suspicious. And if someone is making themselves look suspicious the Police is going to inquire.
