What To Do With Kids Who Commit Crimes?

I think these kids who have already committed crimes need a rehabilitation center, not a jail. First of all, they are minors. They still don't know what is right and what is wrong. Plus, these kids could also be victims of household abuse, and they probably thought it's just fine to do such things to others too. They might be living in a troubled home with dysfunctional parents. Thus, they also need help.

I second that.These minors can be easily tapped to different wavelength,they might well have to be treated first in a rehabilitation centre before deciding what to do with them.
