What sort of experiences have you had with police?

I live next to the police station, so I feel rather safe by living there, but I don't have a personal relation with any of them.
 
Well apart from a lot of my family being police and the stories I could tell involving them...

I moved to New Zealand about 5 years ago, in order to get residency I had to get finger printed and a letter from the FBI stating that I had never been convicted of a crime or that I wasn't a suspect in an open investigation...

Well my finger prints spat out a false positive that was NOT double checked by a tech like it should have been. FBI sends the NZ Police to our house to arrest me. Thankfully Im nowhere near the 62 year old male that they were sent to arrest and I was able to get a interim visa while the FBI re-ran my finger prints.
 
One day I was driving with a boyfriend when we were pulled over by the police. I was totally drunk and I had made my boyfriend stop in the middle of the road because I had dropped an earring. Thank God because my then boyfriend was driving and He was not drunk. We were taken to the police station for a talk down for about an hour. I cried the entire time; being under the influence is very dangerous.
