What do you fthink is the best cardio exercise to burn calories?

I love to swim, it's a great way to burn calories. It's probably one of the best exercises that gets you in serious shape.
 
Jump rope is the best for people starting out with cardio.Don't push yourself to do it hard.25 jumps a rep should be ideal.I started it off with this and gradually increased to two skips a jump.Running and swimming too are great to burn calories,and you can burn as much as 700 calories an hour.
Choose which fits your body best.
