Thoughts when guns are drawn?

What goes through your mind when guns are drawn? I've never was put in that situation, so any info would shed some light on the subject. Does thoughts of your family pop into your head? Or is it that moment and only that moment that exist?

If you see a gun that is drawn you better run or hide because shots fired will definitely be next. Guns are only drawn during extreme situations which require for desperate calls. If I have a gun I will only draw it if my life is at risk or in danger.

Any person even if they are in uniform or not getting a gun drawn is the worse case you can have. I rather not have a crook point that gun at me. Unfortunately in Sacramento days ago two sheriff deputies lost their lives because of a crazy crook with a gun. Saddest thing was one of the deputies who was killed his father was killed in the line of duty 26 years ago as a deputy. I do not feel bad for the folks who point their guns at the officers who give their lives daily. If you get a gun drawn on you and you are the officer of the law then you have to be quick or else you would be a corpse. I think they need to pay officers more money to do that job.
