"Rage, anger...because of the situation, with him being mentally disabled, he doesn't do anything to anyone but be kind," Yana, the victim's mother said after viewing the videos of her son being attacked.
Yana says her son is living with Williams Syndrome and has the mental capacity of a second grader.
Both teens were charged with offensive touching, assault on a vulnerable adult and third-degree conspiracy.

I really don't get how teens or other people find that attacking mentally challenged people entertaining, it's scary really.

This is absolutely disgusting to see. Its terrible that they actually got away with it. It doesn't matter how young they are, they should named and shamed. After what they have done to someone and have shown their lack of respect for someone they shouldn't be able to live a good life for a long time. I'm all for their names being released.

This is so cruel in so many ways. The teens seen that the man was disabled and took advantage of that. I guess they feel great knowing that they beat up someone older than them that could not defend his self. I hate to see something like this being showed on social networks but I am glad that it surfaced because there is no telling how much longer these teens would be doing this if it wasn't for the video being put online.
