An 18-year-old Wisconsin teenager has died after authorities say he fell while "car surfing".
It was first reported the Holmen teenager was beaten up by a couple of kids at Holmen High School. However authorities noticed that his injuries were more likely to have happened from a traffic accident.
Detectives later learned that Vang was car surfing. He, along with some of his friends, would stand on the hood or trunk of a moving vehicle.
Police believe alcohol to be a factor in the accident. Vang was apparently hurt between midnight and 2 a.m. Sunday. He suffered head injuries, among other multiple injuries. Family took him to a hospital where he died.
