Should we cry for perpetrators who are beaten in custody?

It's not "cry for bad guys" to not appreciate cops abusing their powers (making an arrest and using necessary force and self-defence if needed is what they are entitled to do) to change their role from protecting/serving/bringing people to justice into "violently making their own justice". We have courts and a complete system to punish and serve sentences. Cops do not have the jurisdiction for doing it. Now, I can get that, as people, they might get riled up extremely -- but that should still be a professional fault, and be reprimanded to varying degrees, not encouraged and not dismissed.

It is really sad that some people are beaten in custody. There can be nothing better than that. I do believe that a person should never be beaten in a custody. It is against the rules.
