Sergeant Paul Tuozzolo passed away Friday, November 4, 2016.

Sergeant Tuozzolo was fatally shot in the face and chest, on November 4, during a pursuit of a suspect in the Bronx.

Sergeant Tuozzolo, 41, was with the NYPD for 19 years.

He leaves behind a wife and two young sons.
