My brothers and I plan to go kayaking this weekend in PA. We we're planning on bringing some beer and drinking them while we're out kayaking. We are over the drinking age, what we wanted to know is it legal to have some beers while we are going down the river.
 
You need to check with PA, each state is different. In the state I work in, we have arrested and convicted people of DUI on a water tube.
