Man Charged With 30 Counts Of Sexual Assault

A Charleston man is accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.
Nicholas Andrew Pierce-Klapproth, 24, was arrested Monday and charged with 30 counts of third-degree sexual assault.
Pierce-Klapproth is facing dozens of sexual assault charges after allegedly having sex with an underage girl about 30 times in one day.
West Virginia State Police found Pierce-Klapproth at his home Monday night with the 14-year-old girl who had been reported missing by her grandmother.
The grandmother told police that her granddaughter had missed school that day and was with Pierce-Klapproth.
According to the criminal complaint, the victim told authorities that she and Pierce-Klapproth had discussed each other’s ages, and that he “for sure knew†she was only 14 years old before the two had sex.
The victim also told police she and Pierce-Klapproth consented to have sex and engaged in had sexual intercourse “approximately 30 times†Monday.
Pierce-Klapproth is currently being held in South Central Regional Jail on $30,000 bond.
If Pierce-Klapproth is convicted on all 30 felony charges, he could spend up to 150 years in prison.

Okay, now if it was a 24 year old female as the perp and a 14 year old boy, the whole scenario would be seen and judged differently. Anybody see anything wrong with this picture?

A lot of people just acting like they don't care anymore. Not about consequences or anything else. They acting like something is eating their brain cells and they dead, like a zombie. Which is why so many new jails are being built and prison is on the stock market.

Age of consent varies so much around the globe that it's ridiculous to really think that the girl didn't want it when she flat out stated that she did. The thing is, that at 24 years of age you can think with more than what's between your legs. The word 'jailbait' exists for a reason, after all.

The girl was deemed too young to properly exercise her consent, and he would have known that by living there. If you're old enough to drink, but the girl isn't old enough to vote... consider that a sign NOT to engage in consensual sex no matter how 'ready' she says she is...It'll keep you out of jail and your family won't look at you like you're scum.

After his conviction, psychologists, psychiatrists, and sociologists should study his brain. What happened to make him this way? Was he born that way? How is he wired? Is something missing from his brain?
Those answers could help society prepare for the next batch of preditors.

30 times in just a day? He's got some raging hormones there. And for the love of God, that's definitely a crime whether or not she consented to such sexual acts. The victim is a minor and clearly your on the path of being a pedophile. Good luck on your trial. I'd like to see how on earth will he convince the jury that he's innocent.

They are in South Carolina. This guy looks like he is only about 15 years old himself. Up against a grey brick wall looks more like delinquency hall. This would make more sense. What 24 year old in their right mind would even touch someone that is so young. Either way this is not good. If anybody protests or complains about something like this it is going to end up being a problem. This is why they call it consent. The way they word it here sounds like the guy gave the consent. Its just odd.

30 counts and he's just now being arrested? This guy is very sneaky if he has sex with this girl that many times without getting caught. I guess he'll be a registered sex offender for the rest of his life. Why throw away your life and be an embarrassment to your family for doing something like this.
