What kind of life insurance benefits do you have for your family in case something happens to you? Does the department take of that? Do you go out and find a plan for yourself on top of what the department already has for you? What's the premiums like?

Our company got all their employees a life insurance policy. Im currently paying a specific premium amount which is deducted automatically in my salary during payday. I think its necessary to have one just in case you get into an accident. That way you can still give your family something. If you dont have one yet I encourage you guys to get a life insurance policy while you still can.
