Have/would you offer an officer anything when pulled over?

Not something that ever crossed my mind but I think if pulled over and you start offering stuff, that would be a red flag that you are guilty of something and attempting to distract from it.
 
I don't think I would and I don't even get the sense of this, like in a bribe? No way, that could make my situation far worse, unless I am Brad Pitt of course. :D
 
It is always best to offer them something when pulled over. I do believe that it can make them quite happy and feel quite awesome. It can also put you in their good report.
 
No way would I offer a cop a bribe. I would offer a very sad "I'm so sorry officer" with the deepest respect. That may help me out, but for just offering money to make it all go away never going to happen.
