driving in a large lot

There is a large lot where my friends and I go to have a little fun. We all have a little fun drifting around on the dirt and doing some e-brake turns. I would like to ask can we get in trouble for driving around in the lot? If a cop saw what we were doing, would he give us a warning or give us all tickets.

You would be issued some tickets, you could also have a problem with the owner of the property. Property damage, trespassing.
