Ok,lets keep this simple,if they have had under the table dealings or done something to direct cash to them,then they obviously retire rich.If its the other way around then,yeah poor.!!
Mostly in here,its the former.
I believe ordinary police officers retire poor, but they retire earlier. That way they get better benefits and still are young enough to find another job.
