Deputy Daryl Smallwood succumbed to injuries on Tuesday, November 8, 2016.

Police say Deputy Smallwood, 39, and Sergeant Sondron were both shot after they responded to a neighbor dispute on November 6.

Deputy Smallwood was rushed to the hospital where he spent two days in the ICU before passing away Tuesday.

Sergeant Sondron died Sunday, November 6, 2016.

Deputy Daryl Smallwood leaves behind a wife, and three children.
