I see on craigslist they offer prostitution. They really don't come out and say they are asking money for sexual favors, but it is pretty obvious that they are advertising sexual services in return for a profit. I wanted to know do police officers look at this site and if so, what are police prevent this from happening?

Not really, we don't take prostitution as being a big crime unless someone is really complaining about it or if it takes over a community.
