You are absolutely right about the police acting that way with the arrestees. I would just write them off as another crook too. Police officers have to lead by example and that does not mean they have to destroy these criminals by making them look like they were violated by the law.

The police need to have some probable cause before seizing your stuff. If they do not have any warrants then they would not be able to legally search your home and seize your property.

Everyday we see something on the news. I would not blame the police academy for how some of these future cops behave. The academy teaches some of the basic skills for the next in line police officers to use so they can go and police the laws that we have created in this country.

They go more for people who are clean with no criminal history. Though they can still hire you as long as you are not a felon. I have heard that some police departments do hire felons.

I have seen a cop use his sirens and drive fast almost crashing into us around night time. I also seen a cop drive with the sirens on just to get to Taco Bell and then he cuts them off. It makes no sense that some of these cops pull this mess and are not apologetic about it.

You just have to hope that once you go to court things would not become more severe for you. The people could end up retaliating against you for the court notice.

If the police started having body cameras then there would be more restraint on the cops end. Now the police officers would have to think twice about what they do.

Hey what is wrong with the Crown Vic LOL? I feel that the budget would play a role in what cars and SUV's they get. Crown Victoria's are like the norm for the police departments which makes me wonder if they would like to consider changing the make of their cars.
