A couple of weeks ago I was at a party and the police stopped by. I don't drink or do drugs but there was some at the party. The police took down names and then let us leave with an adult. Yesterday I was pulled over for speeding and when the officer came back from his patrol car he asked about my involvement with narcotics. Is that incident on my record now, I wasn't charged with anything so why did it come up?
