Hey everyone. Recently I just applied for a Philadelphia Police Department Recruit position and PA State Trooper Cadet position. I'm almost positive that I will be chosen for the initial exams and processes for both. But I have a color deficiency. I can't pass the Ishihara color test. Where I can take the Farnsworth D15 Color Vision test in Philadelphia
