What type of weapon is your favorite and why?

I have a Springfield 45 XD. This gun never fails round after round. It's definitely heavier than most handguns like the Colt 1911. This to me is very powerful and will stop most anyone who tries to harm you, also nicely balanced
 
Well I never shot a gun before but I like the S&W 500 revolver. Its big and way more powerful then the Desert Eagle. All you need is one good shot and that grizzly bear is done for.
 
A rugger Gp100 revolver..I have never owned a gun,nor fired one,but somehow i find it interesting to have one.If in terms of martial arts weapon then the 3 section staff which jet Li uses in "fearless"
 
I have a lot of favourite weapons, but my Glock 19 Gen 4 is my baby, I always carry it on me for self defence in case I get in a bad situation, it is very reliable and has never let me down.

It's a big world out there. Go shoot more guns, you'll probably like something else. I shoot a S&W .357 Revolver. This one is great because you can use different size ammunition. You can use .357 wad cutter or .357 FMJ and switch to 38. I have a shot gun that is a lot of fun to shoot

You have to be realistic. There is no way your going to carry that weapon. You will just look at it like a trophy, it's way to big, lots of recoil, the ammo is too expensive and it's too heavy. You can go to shooting ranges and probably shoot any gun before you make a choice.
 
Anyone try shooting any style AK-47, well if you want to talk about fire power, this gun is one of the best. Most people make the joke about the AK-47 that it's merely (SPRAY AND PRAY) for hitting your target. However, this is one of the easiest guns to take apart and clean and is very consistent in it's operation. It won't be the best gun for long range accuracy but in 50 yards it's deadly.

Yeah, you can mess someone up with an AK-47, but it's usually quite hard to conceal (even with the stock folded) and not that portable, so you would be better off with a pistol.
 
My favorite weapon would have to be the Semi automatic AR-15 rifle. I like it because it's a strong and durable gun that'll last a very long time. Another reason I prefer this gun is because almost every part on it can be swapped out or modded. I love the AR-15 rifles, and they also have great accuracy.
 
I personally like the Desert Eagle for the power and style. It's a different level, it's neat, beautiful.

Yeah but what's the point of carrying it? it's heavy, massive recoil, and the bullets cost quite a lot to get for it. I think you would be better with a Glock or something, they never let me down.

Yeah, they are extremely reliable and you can do some incredible things with them, I recommend it to anyone who's a beginner with rifles.
 
Glock 23 .40: Good thing, its my primary too. Best combination of power, size, reliability, ease of care, and toughness.
