My buddy bought a retired 06 P71 Crown Victoria. That was used by a higher ranking officer. It looks just like a police vehicle. Black, Spot lights, push bumper, steel rims, radio antenna,etc. I even asked if it had lights, he said no. Do civilians attract more heat by officers while driving one?
