Seattle police say the two men in the surveillance video stole a tablet from a woman in a wheelchair at Northgate Mall last week.
Carolyn and her husband, both living with cerebral palsy and use wheelchairs were inside the mall waiting for their transportation to arrive when the two suspects began circling them, authorities said.
After lingering around them for several minutes, one of the men grabbed the tablet out of her hands and both men ran off.
“Cameras inside Northgate captured the two suspects as they crept closer and closer to the victim,†said department spokesman Jonah Spangenthal Lee. “After lurking near the woman for several minutes, one suspect got close enough to grab the tablet out of the her hands. Both men then fled the mall.â€

Carolyn says she forgives the two that wronged her. “I was mostly angry because they scared me and made me feel unsafe.†She also said that she feels sorry for both of them. “If they stole from me, then they’ve got bigger problems than I do,†Carolyn added.
Seattle police have not found the two suspects yet, they ask if you have any information to please call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS. All calls will remain anonymous.
