Hi guys, around New Jersey, it seems the local cops (county, city, university, etc.) interact with each other quite often. They back each other a lot. But the State Police usually stay by themselves and you never seem them with a local officer. If they are with another LEO, they are usually another State Trooper. I asked a county officer I rode along with about this and he said its just a difference in culture. Why is that?
