Hello, I got hired with a pd as a part-time sworn police officer a few months ago. (yeah, I know I need to update my status on here to sworn) With this said, I work about 8 shifts per month, and am in the FTO process. My FTO's change on a daily basis and there are no DOR's that are done. How long with this last like this?
