Philadelphia police have arrested one of three suspects in the attack of a city park ranger who was trying to enforce a no-skateboarding rule.
The incident was recorded by a person in the park with their cellphone. It happened on Friday around 5 p.m. in Philadelphia's LOVE Park. The park ranger approached the three teen skateboarders and advised them they were not allowed to skate in the park.
"I ain't (explective) leaving," said one suspect before punching the park ranger in the face and wrestling him to the ground.
The video shows the park ranger's hands raised in the air. He never threw a punch and only had his arms up to defend himself.
"Basically he was just doing his job," said Mariano Verrico, who caught the fight on camera. "His voice wasn't raised. He wasn't cursing."
Authorities said a second suspect ridiculed the ranger and the third recorded the incident.
"He got kicked in the head repeatedly and spit on," said Verrico. "When he was down towards the end, the one kid who did everything leaned down and spit on him. It was really disgraceful."
Police are still looking for the other two suspects. They did not release the identify of the suspect.
Authorities said the ranger's injuries were minor.

Rules are rules. Yes, there are times we disagree on rules because it opposes what we want, but maybe we can disagree in a little more respectful way, can we? I think there's no really reason to be violent at all. They just think they own the park that they can do anything they want.
