should I plead guilty

I'm 19 years old and last weekend I was out with a bunch of friends in New York. A police officer confiscated my fake ID. Instead of giving me a misdemeanor he gave me a traffic ticket with description "other use of license". What is my next step, should I plea guilty or not guilty?

It appears the officer was giving you a break. Plead guilty and hopefuly you will learn your lesson.
