Obama Condemns Brutal Murder Of Journalist James Foley

President Obama called the videotaped beheading of American war correspondent James W. Foley an “act of violence that shocks the conscience of the entire world.â€
The video was posted on YouTube. Foley’s executioner who had his face covered, addressed Obama personally and threatened more bloodshed against the Americans.
President Obama pledged the United States would do what it must to protect its citizens and confront the terrorist group calling itself the Islamic State that has seized parts of Iraq and Syria.
"The whole world is appalled by the brutal murder of James Foley," President Obama said during the press conference.
President Obama vowed to keep the pressure on the group in Iraq. While he spoke today the US military aircraft continued to strike from the air.
“The United States of America will continue to do what we must do to protect our people," Obama said. "We will be vigilant and we will be relentless. When people harm Americans anywhere we do what is necessary to see that justice is done.â€

The reprisal for this execution will most likely be extremely brutal, Obama has been pretty passive lately but I don't see him letting this slide.
