My mothers boyfriend is always drunk

I'm 15 years old and I live with my mother and her on and off boyfriend. My mothers boyfriend is always drunk and always looking to fight me. He kicks me out the house all the time. There are times when I can't get back into the house until the next day. I have missed school because of this dirtbag. I tell my mom all the time that he is giving me a hard time but she doesn't care. It's not even his house. Who can I talk to get help?
