Mothers Donate Breast Milk for Baby of Officer Killed in the Line of Duty

Mothers are stepping up to help one of the Palm Springs police officers killed in the line of duty by donating breast milk to her baby. Officer Lesley Zerebny was shot while responding to a domestic dispute. The 27-year-old had just returned from maternity leave. Her daughter, Cora, is just 4 months old. One mother reportedly offered to donate breast milk to the baby and put out a call on Facebook for other mothers to do the same. Within 24 hours, she had collected 500 ounces.
