The two-year-old who went missing from his house in North Portland on Saturday morning has been found.
Police had responded to the 911 call around six a.m. after his mom had woken up and saw he was no longer in his bed.
Authorities said the little boy was located about two blocks from his home. He was discovered by a volunteer with Mountain Wave Search and Rescue, and her K-9 partner, Ava.
He was taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries.
Officials say he is currently in protective custody. On Tuesday there will be a court hearing to decide the boy's future.
