A 23-year-old California man was arrested Saturday for allegedly killing his brother’s friend with a bow-and-arrow during an argument.
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said Garrett Adams was arguing with his girlfriend in his house when his brother and a friend attempted to intervene.
The dispute continued outside when the suspect armed himself with a hunting bow-and-arrow. He then shot his brother’s friend once, authorities said.
Officers responded to the 911 call around 3:30 a.m. According to law enforcement when they arrived, they found the victim was hit in the upper torso.
The victim was transported to a local hospital in critical condition but died several hours later. Officials have not released the victim’s identity yet.
Adams was arrested for murder, he is being held on $1 million bail.

It is such a bad thing to die while doing something good. Someone once told me that if I find love birds fighting to call the police because things have a way of turning really bad. Adams is a violent person who needed a target for his anger. He has many years to think about the consequences of his actions where he will be residing.

This was such a senseless murder. People need to stop letting their emotions get out of control and cause them to do things that will disrupt their life. And it's very rare someone uses a weapon like a bow and arrow. Sad...

Heroes will be appreciated but this scene isn't enough to cost a life. It's not enough that this is the last good thing that he did. He could have had years ahead of him.

It just goes to show that not only guns need to be controlled. I feel that anything that can shoot a life-threatening projectile, should be regulated with checks and balances.
