Say someone has been stealing my lunch at work for a while now. I have my name clearly marked on it and it is impossible to mistake. Say I spike my lunch with laxatives and maybe even my drink with ipecac. Could I get in trouble for this? I'm not forcing him to eat it or preparing it for him.
