I was driving home one night, when a police officer pulled me over. The cop asked me to step out of the vehicle. Once I was out of the car he put handcuffs on me and was told to lay on the grass. I did everything they told me to, never giving him a problem. About 10 minutes later the officer helped me up and took off the handcuffs. He said I was free to go and he was sorry for any inconvenience. I asked why this happened and he told me that my car matched the description of a stolen vehicle. I feel like he went a little overboard by putting handuffs and making me lay in the grass. Did he go overboard or is that normal?
