I have a warrant and I would like to turn myself in. I don't have any transportation and my phone was shut off. What can I do?

Well, clearly you have a computer so check to see if your local PD has a website and contact them through that. Maybe ask a neighbor to bring you, but I would try to take care of it real soon.
