I got caught for underage drinking at my girfriends house

I got caught for underage drinking at my girfriends house. The cops said they would mail me a ticket for $250. I live in Wisconsin, I'm currently 17 but I will be 18 in three weeks. Will I be charged as an adult because I am so close to be 18?

In Wisconsin, 17 year olds are treated as an adult. You are looking at a fine and maybe even some community service and a substance abuse counseling.
