I filed a police report after being harassed by someone. My concern now is that my mom will find out. I didn't tell her about because I didn't want her to be worried about the situation. Will the Police department send mail to my house about the incident. Does the police usually follow up with a phone call or do they send something in the mail?

My Police Department will contact you by phone first, but will send something in the mail if we can't reach you.
