For many it is a dream from children, others decided to be police because they are tired of crime, to help people, others for Justice and others for curiosity and more things.

I will pitch in from my cousin brother's point of view.He often tells me,police men never aim for anything in life other than public satisfaction.It is a sort of social service but with some benefits.I serve the society so i know what he feels in the inside.
It is a priceless feeling actually.

Never a dream for me . Saw it as something "cool" when I was young and ignorant. I didn't know the dangers of the job. I like it from the authority point of view and of course helping people. If I were one though I would not want to work in a neighborhood with a high crime rate.
