People who do assemble generally do not know the full extent of what that means. The truth is no one looks into protesting before they protest. I don't imagine they're researching how & where they can protest before they go out. Protesting is a form of disagreeing with the establishment so why make yourself aware of the establishments rules on disagreeing with them?

This isn't anything new. It's been going on for decades. You can't blame just one president or even one congress. As far as President Obama not following the constitution congress won't let him. It's the only way anything will get done. Congress has done nothing this entire time but try to sabotage our President. That's who we need to have a talk with regarding the constitution... And blatant acts of treason. When they did commit treason by sending that letter to Iran, the leaders in Iran actually schooled them on OUR constitution! we the people voted in politicians who know less about our government than Iran! So much for civil rights being unviolated. These judges in the federal system are just ignorant when they make these decisions. So if the person has done nothing wrong and then gets arrested then what? People need to wake up and smell the coffee and realize that the citizens got to make a decision when it comes to this stuff.

Reading between the lines, the right to protest exists, but setting up camp and preventing people going to work or hindering the police in their work is more than a protest, an assembly is setting up a camp there and preventing others from their liberties, to walk freely on a sidewalk, sit in the park and read or walk to walk without being heckled every day. If an assembly is causing a disturbance then a clarification needed to be made. I used to freelance in the City in London and the Occupy movement was on and they stopped tourists taking photos and it was hard to walk around them without being shouted at. The same happened in New York and a one day protest is one thing but an assembly is another.

This is horrible! These activist judges have to be run out of office! I wonder how many people would vote for the big fool in the WH again!!! I guess it's going to come down to ,how many of us can they arrest at once?????????????
