A week-long manhunt has come to an end. On Monday 38-year-old Arthur Buckel was captured at a rest area on the Garden State Parkway in Lacey Township. He was first spotted in video surveillance footage, shopping at a CVS pharmacy. Buckel was serving a sentence at Bayside State Prison for aggravated assault, burglary, and drug possession. He was scheduled for a parole hearing later this month.
