Customer and a McDonald's Employee Fight

Police are trying to determine what started the physical altercation at a McDonald's in Kentucky.
The incident happened between a customer and a McDonald's employee. Investigators have obtained a video of the fight. A woman was caught on tape encouraging her daughter to beat up the victim. You can hear the mother screaming, "Whoop her ass." She also prevented people from breaking up the altercation. You can also hear the mother yelling "Don't touch my daughter!"
By the time authorities arrived to the scene, they suspects had already left. They did interview the employee who was involved in the scuffle. Authorities said they still don't have any information about how the fight broke out, but said they are still investigating the incident.
McDonald's issued a statement regarding the fighting incident, "We are aware that an altercation took place at this restaurant between an employee and another individual who entered the restaurant, and no customers were harmed during the incident." They also added the incident seems to be a result "of a personal dispute".

The person at fault in this story according to me is the mother of this daughter. She is teaching her daughter that the only way to resolve a problem is by fighting physically. Whatever the employee had done could have waited until she was done with work. This is very disrespectful.

If they had an argument about something, the employee should have believed that the customer is always right. And if he believes that it couldn't be settled between them, he should have transferred the concern to the the higher chain of command. If it is about a personal dispute then that has nothing to do with his work, he should have requested from his manager that he will not be the one assisting the said mother and daughter team-up to prevent something like this from happening.
