The Miami Police Department filled in for a boy whose father was murdered. 7-year-old Oscar Portillo was never able to participate in his school's "Take Your Father To Breakfast" event until this year. His mother, Lisa, called local authorities to see if she could borrow an officer to stand in for her son. About ten cops showed up and spent the special day with Oscar as he showed them around his school. Four of them also signed a paper making each one an honorary father from that time on.
