Police in Baltimore are defending their use of an advanced aerial camera surveillance system through out the city without notifying the public.
Authorities say police have been using this system since January. The surveillance system is funded by a private donor. As of now, they are the only department in the country to use this system.
"Given how radical it is, the Police Department needs to be very open about its decisions how and whether to deploy this. We live in a democracy, the decisions need to be made by the people who are being surveilled," stated Jay Stanley from ACLU.
