Detroit police made an arrest where it's believed the man was producing Fentanyl in a home on the city's west side.
Four children, including two infants were living in the house with a drug lab in the cellar.
"It's crazy," said neighbor Steve Geller. "Little kids and stuff?"
Only one person was taken into custody from the home, authorities said.
