    Hello, can a cop/someone who knows the law answer this? If you are underage, and you are at a party where there is underage drinking, but you yourself do not drink, is it illegal? If the cops end up busting the party, will they do a test to see if you have been drinking, or assume that everyone...

    I got caught for underage drinking at my girfriends house. The cops said they would mail me a ticket for $250. I live in Wisconsin, I'm currently 17 but I will be 18 in three weeks. Will I be charged as an adult because I am so close to be 18?

    I'm searching for a new roommate. I'm 21 years old and I live in Chicago. If my new roommate is underage, can I be found liable if they were found drinking?

    I just turned 21. When I was 19 I got a Class C Misdemeanor for underage drinking. I am thinking about joining the academy and I wanted to know if that would really hurt my chances.
