People are calling it a case of missing stop signs and it's a case they want solved. What they discovered turned out to be a complicated situation in the northeastern Utah city of Roosevelt -- involving a traffic ticket issued to the city manager.

I'm 19 years old and last weekend I was out with a bunch of friends in New York. A police officer confiscated my fake ID. Instead of giving me a misdemeanor he gave me a traffic ticket with description "other use of license". What is my next step, should I plea guilty or not guilty?
