Was there ever a time during you tenure, that you had came upon a situation, or a build up of instances, where you felt that you could not take another day with your duties as a police officer? Was quitting the department an option, or maybe heavily thought about?

I was not sure if this question got answered or not on this site. I was wondering if you have a expunged misdemeanor could you still be able to become a cop? I always wanted to know about this and I just want to know what people thought about it.
This is probably one of those things you thought you'd never hear. A woman was arrested for using a vibrator on her small son to make him stop crying. Whilst being interrogated, the dumb mother said:

I know that having a felony would completely disqualify you from being a cop. If you have a expunged misdemeanor would you still be able to be a cop or no? I just don't know if there is anyone with this kind of experience so I thought I ask here.
