insanity

My brother gave me a copy of Insanity, I need to get back into shape so I'm thinking about trying it out. Anybody try it?

Preparing for the police academy. I started doing Insanity last month and I feel that my cardio is improving every day. Just wanted to see if anybody else has done this program, did you like it and what were your results?
