    should I plead guilty

    I'm 19 years old and last weekend I was out with a bunch of friends in New York. A police officer confiscated my fake ID. Instead of giving me a misdemeanor he gave me a traffic ticket with description "other use of license". What is my next step, should I plea guilty or not guilty?

    I was caught trying to get into a club last night with a fake ID. They took all my info and said they would be in touch. It happened in NY, how much trouble can I be in?
